Sebagai salah satu Testing Center yang digunakan Cisco Career
Track, prometric dikabarkan “diceraikan” oleh cisco, issue nya sih peredaran
materi2 diluar cisco press yang semakin marak, biang keladinya prometric.
Mungkin hal ini merugikan cisco baik secara kredebilitas maupun profit. Trus
dipecat deh tuh Prometric, dan cisco mengalihkan mereka yg sudah terdaftar di
Prometric ke Testing Center lainnya yaitu Pearson Vue.

Coba tanyakan hal ini ke pihak cisco dapat jawaban seperti ini:

Jadi kurang lebih nya sama lah alasannya, namun dengan
bahasa yang lebih halus, so buat yang dah terlanjur ambil Prometric sebagai
testing center, siap siap lah untuk mengurus proses migrasi ke VUE.

He he he Untung ane Pake VUE.

Kamis Malam Iseng2 buka
cisco.netacad.net lantaran dah lama ga ditengokin, siapa tau didalemnya ada
link2 baru yang bagus, or tools2 baru yang oke. Tapi berkali-kali masukin
username dan password ko direject terus ya. Padahal issue2 standart masalah
password seperti case sensitive, spasi and caps lock udah gw perhatikan betul.
Tapi tetap aja notification error “bad password for that user “ terus
muncul.

Prosedur standart forget password
pun gw jalanin, dengan menjawab pertanyaan rahasia yg gw set pada saat di awal
registrasi, karena jawabanya benar, maka username dan password login gw pun
dikirim ke email gw. Setelah gw cek apa
yang mereka kirimkan itu sama persis dengan yang gw ketik dari awal, coba
masukan lagi pun tetap ga mau.

Karena site itu cukup urgent dan
dah terlanjur sewot, gw kirim e-mail protes aja ke admin netacad. Kurang lebih
isi emailnya seperti ini

I did try to access your account with your username and password, and it worked
fine. Please make sure that you are not including any spaces or including them
if you originally had them in your username and password. Also usernames and
passwords are Case sensitive, and it will not register if you had the Letters
on caps, when they are not suppose to.

Sial juga tuh si Beirj, jawabannya
prosedur standart banget dan itu dah gw coba pula, lebih sial lagi dia
se-enaknya aja nyoba login pake account gw, walaupun dia admin tapi harusnya
tetap ada procedure pamit sama gw lah, klo mo coba login pake account gw, dan
yg lebih-lebih sial lagi, ga lama setelah e-mail balasan dia itu eh langsung
mak nyos proses loginnya. Padahal tetep sama tuh yang gw ketik dengan yang gw
ketik dari awal. (apa ada issue account gw di hack ya bodo amat lah ).
